The
City of
Binghamton
and FMK Karate announced the schedule for the "Karate in the
Parks" Martial Arts Program.
Karate lessons will take place at 5 :30 pm every Friday in Otsiningo Park
through the end of September!!
Karate Classes have
shown the following results:

# Increased strength and stamina
# Increased flexibility and weight control
# Cardiovascular workouts
