Begin in Natural Stance:
1.

  Step with left foot into left front stance and left down block.

2.

  Step with right foot into right front stance and right upper punch.

3.

  Adjust right foot behind, turning clockwise, into right front stance and right down block.

4. 

  Step with left foot into left front stance and left upper punch.

5.    Adjust left foot, turning counter-clockwise, into left front stance and left down block.
6.

  Step with right foot into right front stance and right upper punch.

7.

  Step with left foot into left front stance and left upper punch.

8. 

  Step with right foot into right front stance and right upper punch.

9. 

  Adjust left foot behind, turning counter-clockwise into left front stance and left down block.

10. 

  Step with right foot into right front stance and right upper punch.

11.

  Adjust right foot behind, turning clockwise, into right front stance and right down block.

12.

  Step with left foot into left front stance and left upper punch.

13.

  Adjust left foot, turning counterclockwise, into left front stance and left down block.

14.

  Step with right foot into right front stance and right upper punch.

15. 

  Step with left foot into left front stance and left upper punch.

16.   Step with right foot into right front stance and right upper punch.
17.    Adjust left foot behind, turning counter-clockwise into left front stance and left down block
18.   Step with right foot into right front stance and right upper punch
19.   Adjust right foot behind, turning clockwise, into right front stance and right down block
20.   Step with left foot into left front stance and left upper punch.
21.    Adjust left foot, turning counter-clockwise and return to Natural Stance
