Begin in Natural Stance:
1.

Look left, step to the right with the right foot into a left backstance (facing the left) and do a left augmented block.

2.

Shift into a right backstance (turning 180 degrees clockwise to face the original right) and do a right augmented block.

3.

Adjust the right foot in toward the left halfway and step forward (toward the original front) with the left foot into a left backstance and do a left augmented block.

4.

Step forward with the right foot into a right front stance and right middle punch; take off with the right and do a right inside/outside block.

5.

Step forward with the left foot into a left front stance and left middle punch; take off with the left and do a left inside/outside block.

6.

Step forward with the right foot into a right front stance and right middle punch; take off with the right and do a right inside/outside block.

7.

Adjust the left foot over, turning 180 degrees counterclockwise, into a left front stance (facing the original rear) and perform a high (at a right angle to the body; fist at head height) inside/outside block and simultaneous left down block.

8.

Pull the left foot back to the right ( left foot at 90 degrees to the right foot) and circle the left arm up; perform a left down block.

9.

Adjust the left foot over slightly into a left front stance (facing the original rear); catch with the right hand (doing a large circular motion) and support the catch with the left hand at the wrist.

10.

Right front kick; step down with the right foot and hook the left foot behind while performing a right augmented (left fist at the right elbow) up and down backfist.

11.

Step back with the left foot to form a right front stance and perform a right inside/outside block followed by a left then right middle punch.

12.

Adjust the left foot over, turning 180 degrees counterclockwise, into a left backstance (facing the original front) and perform a high (at a right angle to the body; fist at head height) inside/outside block and simultaneous left down block.

13. Pull the left foot back to the right (left foot at 90 degrees to the right foot) and circle the left arm up; perform a left down block.
14.

Adjust the left foot over slightly into a left front stance (facing the original front); catch with the right hand (doing a large circular motion) and support the catch with the left hand at the wrist.

15.

Right front kick; step down with the right foot and hook the left foot behind while performing a right augmented (left fist at the right elbow) up and down backfist.

16.

Step back with the left foot to form a right front stance and perform a right inside/outside block followed by a left then right middle punch.

17.

Adjust the left foot over, turning 180 degrees counterclockwise, into a left backstance (facing the original rear) and perform a high (at a right angle to the body; fist at head height) inside/outside block and simultaneous left down block.

18.

Adjust the left foot back to the right foot and step out (turning 90 degrees counterclockwise to face the original right) into a left backstance as you perform a high (behind head; fist higher than the head) right inside/outside block and a simultaneous left downblock.

19.

Adjust out, to the side, with the left into a kibadachi, facing the original rear, and perform a right hook punch and a left back elbow strike.

20.

Shift into a right backstance and perform a high (behind head; fist higher than the head) left inside/outside block and a simultaneous right down block.

21.

Adjust out, to the side, with the right into a kibadachi, facing the original rear and perform a left hook punch and a right back elbow strike.

22.

Simultaneously bring your right open hand above the head (like an upper block) with palm facing away and the left open hand down with palm away (as if to catch a ball).

23.

Rotate hands clockwise so that the hands are in opposite positions (left up and right down).

24.

Release the right hand forward, left hand comes to right shoulder; perform a left open hand parry to the front (arm is straight) as the right fist pulls back to the right side.

25.

Step forward with the right foot into a right front stance (facing the original rear) and right middle punch; take off with the right and right inside/outside block.

26.

JUMP; bringing the right foot up, turning counterclockwise 360 degrees; LAND, facing the original rear, in a right backstance and right knifehand block.

27.

Bring the left foot up next to the right foot; fists come to the right side (left fist is on top and perpendicular to the right fist).

28.

Left side kick (toward the original right); step down with the left into a left straight line front stance and right front elbow strike ( target is the left open hand).

29.

Bring the right foot over next to the left foot; fists come to the left side (right fist is on top and perpendicular to the left fist).

30.

Right side kick (toward the original left); step down with the right into a right straight line front stance and left front elbow strike (target is the right open hand).

31.

Left knifehand releases straight out (toward the original rear) as the right knifehand pulls to the forehead.

32.

Shift into a left straight line front stance (facing the original right) and right knifehand strike (to the original rear) at temple level as the left knifehand pulls to the forehead.

33.

Adjust the right foot to the left and follow with a right front kick (toward the original rear); step down with the right and hook the left foot behind while performing a right augmented (left fist at right elbow) up and down backfist strike.

34.

Step back with the left foot to form a right front stance and perform a right inside/outside block followed by a left then right middle punch.

35.

Adjust the left foot over into a straight line with the right foot and form a modified (very low) backstance; turn (the upper body only) and perform a slow left down block (that ends along the same line as the left leg).

36.

Bring the left knifehand, slowly, over to the right fist (it travels along a high arc).

37.

Perform a left open back hand block high in to the air (at 45 degrees to the ground).

38.

Right crescent kick (target is the left open hand); JUMP and turn 360 degrees counterclockwise to face the original rear; LAND, down on left knee with both hands on the ground.

39.

As you come up, switch the position of into a left backstance (facing the original rear) and lower left knifehand block.

40.

Step forward to form a right backstance and right knifehand block.

41.

Adjust the left foot behind, turning 270 degrees counterclockwise (to face the original left) and form a left backstance; perform a left inside/outside block.

42.

Step forward with the right foot into a right front stance and right middle punch.

43.

Adjust right foot, turning 180 degrees clockwise to face the original right, into a right backstance and right inside/outside block.

44.

Step forward with the left foot into a left front stance and perform a left middle punch.

45.

Bring the left foot back, turning 90 degrees counterclockwise to face the original front, into natural stance.
