Begin in Natural Stance:
1.

Bring left foot to right, bend knees slightly, open hands (palm up) come to hips; follow with an open hand X-block angled toward the floor.

2.

Come up on balls of the feet, turn 90 degrees counterclockwise (face original left); follow with a right reverse crescent kick toward the original front. Step down with the right foot and hook the left foot behind; at the same time do a rising left palm heel attack (heel of right hand is on the back of the left hand).

3.

Adjust the left , turning 180 degrees counterclockwise, into a left backstance (facing the original rear) as both left and right hands move downward, then upward in a circular-like motion; ending with the left open hand extended straight forward (palm up and elbow slightly bent) at eye level; right open hand stops at ear level (palm down).

4.

Bring the right foot to the left, turn clockwise with feet together facing 45 degrees from original front. Right hand scoops low to the ground; Right hand circles and downblocks to the right side; left hand pulls to the left side.

5.

Step with the left foot to the right into a left backstance; both left and right hands move downward, then upward in a circular-like motion; ending with the left open hand extended straight forward (palm up and elbow slightly bent) at eye level; right open hand stops at ear level (palm down).

6.

Pull left foot back to the right foot, turning counterclockwise (to face original front); left fist comes to the left side, right open hand covers the left fist (palm down).

7.

Perform a right side kick with a simultaneous right open hand parry that ends palm up.

8.

Step down with right foot into kiba dachi (facing original front) as you left hand parry to the front (parry begins underneath the right arm).

9.

Right then left middle punches.

10.

Shift into a backstance facing the original left and do, simultaneous, high (behind head) right Inside/Outside block and a left downblock.

11.

Shift into a backstance facing the original right and do, simultaneous, high (behind head) left Inside/Outside block and a right downblock.

12.

Bring the left foot to right, step out with the right foot (to the original front) into backstance and do a right knifehand block.

13.

Step forward with the left foot into a left backstance and do a left knifehand block.

14.

Step forward with the right foot into a right backstance and do a right knifehand block.

15.

Step backward with the right foot into a left backstance and do a left knifehand block.

16.

Adjust the left foot sideways into a front stance (still facing front) as you take off and catch (circular motion) with the right hand; left hand braces behind the right.

17.

Right front kick, right side kick (45 degrees downward and to the front).

18.

Step down with the right foot, turn to face the rear, into a left backstance and double Inside/Outside block.

19.

Pull fists back to sides; follow with a double punch as you adjust into front stance.

20.

Right crescent kick, step down into kibadachi (facing original right); at the same time both fists rise up, circle counterclockwise, and then follow through with a double attack.

21.

Adjust the left foot over (turning counterclockwise to face the original front) into a left front stance; left down block, step forward into a right front stance and right middle punch.

22.

Turning counterclockwise, right crescent kick and step down into kibadachi (facing original right); at the same time both fists rise up, circle counterclockwise, and then follow through with a double attack.

23.

Turning clockwise, left crescent kick and step down into kibadachi (facing original left); at the same time both fists rise up, circle clockwise, and then follow through with a double attack.

24.

Adjust the right foot, turning clockwise, to a position that is 45 degrees to the right of original front, into a right backstance and right knifehand block (left hand is palm down).

25.

Adjust the right foot back and then turn 90 degrees clockwise (45 degree angle) into a left backstance with knifehands positioned behind you (you are facing at a 45 degree angle to the left).

26.

Slide the right foot up and cross in front of the left as both open hands turn palm facing you (arms 45 degrees at the elbows) in preparation for a left knifehand block; the left foot then steps out into a left backstance as you left knifehand block (right knifehand is palm down).

27.

Left foot comes back to the right (facing original front), open hands come to sides; follow with a lower open hand X-block.

28.

Separate hands, step out with left foot and return to natural stance.
